1. Final Sale
   All Sales are final. In compliance with hygiene standards and the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges once an order has been placed. 
    
2. Colour Disclaimer  
   Product colours may appear slightly different in person because of lighting, screen settings, or natural variations in materials. These minor differences are not considered defects.  
    
3. Unboxing Video Requirement 
   To ensure the safe delivery and condition of your purchase, we kindly ask that you record an unboxing video when receiving your order. This video will be required in the event of any damage or discrepancies with your items.  
    
4. Notification Window for Issues 
   Any issues with your jewellery must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, reports made after this timeframe will not be considered under any circumstances.  

• We recommend a simple rule – Last on and First Off – Always  
• When wearing Rings, avoid applying hand cream or soap to your hands. These products can get behind the setting of the diamond making it appear less sparkly and effect the setting over time.  
• Avoid contact of all types of jewellery with harsh chemicals, chlorine, hairsprays, perfumes and make-up. 
  
• Adorn jewellery only after having applied make-up and perfume as the residues can affect the shine and spark. 
• While travelling and storing your jewellery (sets, bangles), use proper fitted boxes. Improper handling will result in breakage and damage. 
  
• All valuable items like diamonds, precious stones and expensive metals like gold need proper handling and a lot of care. 
  
• Studded jewellery needs to be constantly checked if the prongs holding the gemstones have worn out which may allow the gemstones to loosen and fall off. 

• At Annika, each piece of jewellery is handcrafted with the utmost care, precision, and artistry. As our creations are either bespoke commissions or made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.
• We kindly ask our clients to review all details, including design, materials, and sizing carefully before confirming an order. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure clarity and satisfaction at every stage.
  
• In the unlikely event of a fault in craftsmanship, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your piece so we can assess and provide an appropriate solution, such as repair or adjustment.
  
• Your trust is our priority, and we are committed to delivering jewellery of the highest standard that you will cherish for a lifetime.

• All jewellery is handcrafted and may show slight variations in finish, which are part of its artisanal character.
• Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are crafted according to the agreed design and specifications provided by the client.
  

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed once full or partial payment is received.
• Payments must be made through the methods available on our website.
• Prices are displayed in GBP and may be subject to change.
  

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to production schedules or external factors.
  
• International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, payable by the customer.
  
• Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery.
  

5. Returns & Refunds

• As all Annika jewellery is bespoke or made-to-order, refunds are not available once an order is placed.
  
• In the rare event of a craftsmanship fault, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item for repair or adjustment.
  

6. Care & Maintenance

• We provide aftercare guidance to help preserve your jewellery.
  
• Annika is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or storage.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and imagery on the Annika website are the property of Annika and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
  

8. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
  
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

• Discount is applied automatically.
• This sale cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale or promotion unless otherwise stated and excludes the following - 
• The discount will only be applied to the items RRP on the date of purchase during the sale period and cannot be used against any previous quotation.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or bespoke services. Ask online for further details.
• If items from the qualifying order are subsequently returned, Annika reserves the right to reduce the value of the refund by value of discount applied.
